Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy & Quality Issues

If you receive the wrong product, or if your order arrives damaged or does not meet the standard you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or details so we can investigate the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Standard orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund.

  • Custom/large orders: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable if cancelled after this time, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.

  • Late cancellations (less than the required notice period) may not be eligible for a refund, but we will review these situations case by case.

Non-Collection/Failed Delivery

If you fail to collect your order at the agreed time, or if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details provided by you, the order will not be refunded. We may, at our discretion, arrange redelivery at an additional cost.

Allergy Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We do not offer refunds for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, as all ingredients are clearly stated upon request.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
