Orders

  • Orders can be placed through [our website / Instagram / email / phone].

  • All orders are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it.

  • Custom orders may require additional notice and confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [AUD] unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update our prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery and Pickup

  • We offer delivery within the Perth Metro area or pickup.

  • We aim to deliver orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., traffic, courier delays).

  • Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for the product passes to you.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Allergies and Dietary Information

  • Our products may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts.

  • While we take care in preparing our desserts, we cannot guarantee they are free from trace allergens.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

  • You agree not to misuse our website or social media accounts.
