3. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery within the Perth Metro area or pickup.

We aim to deliver orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., traffic, courier delays).

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for the product passes to you.
Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
